Bush plays old computer games

The earliest PC games were text-based. And they sucked. When I was a kid, I played a Fantastic Four text game as the Thing. I fell into a tar pit and stayed stuck for two hours. I never turned it back on. Ah, Atari PC, how I don't miss you.

If you remember any text based games you'll find this as hilarious as I do. Once again, this comes from Dave W. who sends me all the funny stuff because his blog is full of pretty pictures.

I loved the old text-based games, I must say. Scott Adams made all the cool ones, and yes, you could get trapped in a room for hours.

A few years ago I found an editor online that let you build your own text-based adventures. I started one about a guy that gets knocked out in a bar and awakes to darkness, but then I got bored with it and decided to play Castle Wolfenstein instead.

That's beautiful. And now he's about to hit the reboot button and try the Iran game.

Afterall, it must be easier. N comes before Q in the alphabet, right?

Yeah, I didn't mention the actual link you supplied. It's awesome. So dead on with the old text game experience, it brought me back. Great way to present Bush's blunders.
