EPA

It's a sad day when the courts have to stop the EPA from trying to poison us.

This is probably quite hack to say, but it seems that EPA should stand for Environmental Pollution Agency (Obviously tons of thought went into that one)

"The three-judge panel said the EPA's reading of the Clean Air Act was "a Humpty Dumpty world" interpretation and that Congress had made clear it wanted older facilities to add pollution controls whenever they make modifications."


I love it when the courts have to resort to using nursery rhymes to explain things to the Bush administration
